About the workshop facilitators:
Val Spies, owner of the Lotus Room and Lotus Pond Studios, is a yoga teacher (E-RYT500) who specializes in stress relief and the psychological quest for joy through the practice of yoga and breathwork. She has been leading workshops, travel tours, and training sessions for yoga groups and corporate enterprises for over 15 years and offers expertise in tailoring programs to fit the needs of individual groups.
Dr. John Gianoli MD, has a private practice specializing in pain management and back issues. Through the healing practice of yoga, he offers asanas and holistic knowledge as an alternative path for patients. Dr. G is also a Kundalini Yoga Teacher (RYT200), offering expertise in teaching breath work and tantric techniques.
